Project Consulting
Our project advisory services range from district work to UN organisations. In addition, we also advise non-governmental organisations in Germany and abroad and support them in project preparation and planning as well as in impact monitoring and evaluation and reporting. Here we place particular emphasis on participatory methods, but are also thoroughly familiar with the methods and instruments of German development cooperation and the OECD-DAC criteria.
Conferences / Trainings / Seminars
Our team members have already developed and conducted numerous seminars for universities and colleges in Germany and abroad. In the projects we advise, we also conduct training modules and offer coaching for the trainers we have trained. Here, the focus lies mainly on multi-stakeholder cooperation and round tables as well as on improving drug help services. In addition, we have already (co-)organised and implemented various international conferences and symposia.
Publications
We have extensive experience in producing various formats of publications - both as editors and authors. These range from articles in professional magazines - e.g. on the topic of team management - to project and conference documentation and books edited by Peter Klös at Paolo Freire Verlag. His topics there are also wide-ranging: from urban planning to experiences with outpatient care for the elderly.
